A postpartum doula is there for a new mother and her family, supporting her throughout her postpartum period ~ nurturing, nourishing, listening, caring and assisting with housekeeping so that new parents can spend more time resting and bonding with their new baby.

A postpartum doula provides “mother-led care” which is tailored to suit each individual families own personal wants and needs to best support them.
