Hi there. My name is Hannah and I am truly just so happy that you are here.
I am a certified Postpartum Doula and holistic Nutrition Consultant (to be!) who is passionate about looking after mothers and their families in Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Newcastle, NSW.
I offer support that is both in home and virtual which can be specifically tailored to each families individual needs, I am here to support and care for you and cheer you on through this extraordinary journey of motherhood.
I am wife to Clay and a mother to three beautiful boys - Addison, Oaklen and Lewie. I am a passionate postpartum supporter, an experimental and passionate cook, a craft extraordinaire, an op shopper, a camper trailer holiday lover, a dinosaur play maker, a plant and nature lover, a dog & chicken’s mum, a Christmas fanatic, an iced coffee drinker, and we are home renovators and makers.
Being a mother myself, I have been on my own transformational matrescence journey embracing every loving, beautiful, challenging and scary aspect of motherhood, from pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Media studies. Having worked in corporate, marketing and events, I am continually broadening my own knowledge and learning. Through my own journeyI have felt the emotional and physical changes after each and every one of my births, and discovered the importance of support, self-love and having a village around me as a mother.
Bringing an array of lived experiences and knowledge to the families I support, I am passionate about supporting mothers to feel held, heard, nourished and supported throughout their postpartum periods and beyond.
I love baking, cooking and creating recipes that are delicious, warm and nourishing, bringing this passion into nurturing mothers in the postpartum space.
A mother should be supported, heard, loved, seen, nurtured and nourished, because when you care for the mother, you are caring for one of the most incredible roles in the world.
